Directions
Beginner Bodybuilding Athlete (Up to 1 year of resistance exercise performed at least 3 times weekly): ): Consume (thoroughly chew and swallow) 1 serving (4 tab) of CHEWIES DI-CREATINE 30 minutes pre-training along with 240 ml (1 cup) of water. Total daily servings: 1. Intermediate Bodybuilding Athlete (1-3 years of resistance exercise performed at least 3 times weekly): Consume 1 serving (4 tab) of CHEWIES DI-CREATINE 30 minutes pre-training along with 240 ml (1 cup) of water. Consume 1 serving immediately post-training. Total daily servings: 2. Advanced Bodybuilding Athlete (> 3 years of resistance exercise performed at least 3 times weekly): Consume 1 serving (4 tab) of CHEWIES DI-CREATINE 30 minutes pre-training along with 240 ml (1 cup) of water. Consume 1 serving immediately post-training. On non-training days, consume 1 serving immediately after a carbohydrate-containing meal (e.g. potato, rice, cereal).
