Directions

As a dietary supplement, take (1) capsules one to three times daily. If taking more than 1 capsule per day, spread out each dose by 4-8 hours, Due to extreme potency, do not use product longer than 8 weeks followed by a subsequent 4 week break. Do not exceed 3 capsules in a 24 hours period.
