Directions
As a dietary supplement take 1-4 Capsules to help curb appétit and increase metabolism. Do not exceed 6 capsules in a 24 hour period. Do not take after 5pm if there is sensitivity to stimulants.

Do not take if you are pregnant or nursing. Product efficacy depends on proper diet and exercise. Discontinue two weeks prior to surgery, do not exceed recommended dosage. Allergen Warning: Made in a facility that also processes egg, dairy, soy, peanut, tree nuts, fish, crustaceans/shellfish, wheat, and barley products. Not intended for use by persons under age 18. Do not exceed recommended dose. Do not consume synepherine, or caffeine from other sources, including but not limited to coffee, tea, soda, and other dietary supplements or medications containing phenylephrine or caffeine, Contains caffeine. Do not use for more than 8 weeks. Consult with your physician prior to use if you are pregnant or nursing or if you are taking medication, including but not limited to MAOI inhibitors, antidepressants, aspirin, non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or products containing phylephrine, ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, or other stimulants. Consult your physician prior to use if you have a medical condition including but not limited to heart, liver, kidney, or thyroid disease, psychiatric or epileptic disorders, difficulty urinating diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, recurrent headaches, enlarged prostate or glaucoma. Discontinue 2 weeks prior to surgery or if you experience rapid heart beat, dizziness, severe headache or shortness of breath. Warning: Do not use if governed by an athletic body or governing body that prohibits the use of performance enhancing supplements. This supplement contains 1,3 dimethylamine and synephrine which are banned by some professional and amateur associations.
