Directions
For Pre-Workout Energy. Begin drinking one (1) bottle of Extreme Speed Stack approximately 20 minutes prior to exercise and continue sipping during training. For Daily Energy and Thermogenesis: Consume one (1) bottle of Extreme Speed Stack prior to or between meals, one (1) to two (2) times per day. Shake Well Before Use.
