Directions
To understand the potency of GAKIC Pro Series, take 4 caplets on your first day, 30 to 45 minutes before you workout; moving to the full serving before your next workout. Take 1 serving (6 caplets) between 30 to 45 minutes before your high-intensity workout. Do not exceed 1 full serving (8 caplets) in a 24-hour period. DO not take within 5 hours of bedtime.
